What are EcoGlitters made from and tell me the facts?

Our biodegradable glitter is made from a certified and sustainably sourced plant cellulose compostable film. This means it has passed the official requirements and adheres to European and American standards for compostablilty.

It’s 30-40% softer than plastic glitter.

It is EU and FDA pproved for cosmetic and craft use.

It's non toxic and free of heavy metals. The film is sustainably sourced, and there are no genetically modified materials or materials obtained from genetically modified organisms.

EcoGlitters is cruelty free and vegan friendly.

EcoGlitters are very stable, biodegradation takes place in soil, compost or a waste water/ocean environment where micro-organisms are present. Over time the glitter will be metabolized by micro-organisms into carbon dioxide, water and biomass.
